Meet the Crew

With over 1,000 flight hours in more than 20 different aircraft, Matthew brings a wealth of hands-on experience and a deep passion for aviation instruction. He has served as a flight instructor and contributed to the aviation program at Oxbridge Academy, where he helped shape the next generation of pilots. Specializing in tailwheel aircraft, Matthew is dedicated to teaching strong stick-and-rudder fundamentals and helping students build real-world flying confidence from day one.

Jack Olinde – Chief Hangar Sweeper (Center)

Jack is a data scientist in the aerospace industry and one of the driving forces behind our strategic direction. He holds a Private Pilot License and an Instrument Rating, and when he’s not sweeping out the hangar, he’s currently working toward his Commercial Rating. In addition to bringing valuable industry insight, Jack leads our high-level strategy, oversees marketing, and wears many hats to keep the business running smoothly. His passion for aviation—especially adventurous, off-the-beaten-path flying—fuels everything he does.

Hunter Olinde – Chief Financial Officer (Right)

Hunter keeps the numbers flying straight as our Chief Financial Officer, managing the financial operations of the company with precision and foresight. A full-time actuary in the health insurance industry, he brings analytical expertise and a strong financial foundation to everything we do. Though not yet a licensed pilot, Hunter is actively training toward his Private Pilot License and is excited to combine his love of aviation with his professional skills.
